CCF announces 2017 grant recipients

LOYAL – The Clark County Community Foundation (CCCF) is pleased to announce the 2017 Grant Cycle Award recipients.
Recipients are: Page Forward – Volunteers for Literacy in Clark County, Clark Co Community Fund; Catholic Charities – House of Mercy, Loyal; Central Clark County Community Childcare Center, Greenwood; Owen-Withee School District, Field of Interest – Agriculture Fund; City of Owen Public Library, Field of Interest – Education Fund; Clark County Area Food Pantry and Resource Center, Neillsville; Willard Historical Society, Field of Interest – Arts/Cultural Fund; Clark County Health Department; Friends of the Old School Inc., Owen; and Neillsville School District, Field of Interest – Agriculture Fund.
2018 scholarship program opens
Applications are now available for the CCCF 2018 scholarship program. For the fourth year, the Foundation will award several scholarships of $300 each to eligible seniors graduating in 2018 from area high schools.
Applications are limited to those graduates whose primary residence is located within Clark County. In addition, graduates from Greenwood High School may be eligible to apply for the Erik Pentz Memorial Scholarship and students from Neillsville High School are eligible for the Harry and Esther King Memorial Scholarship.
Interested students are encouraged to visit their high school guidance department to pick up the 2018 application. Forms are also available at www.clarkccf.org.
To be considered for this year’s scholarship cycle, applications must be postmarked on or before March 31.
